>>Paintings and Objects<<

The "royal class" of classical image creation are and remain paintings and objects. As a young man, I had such respect for the base material that I was so tense about creating the artifacts. Flatware, i.e. paper, was much more pleasant to me.
It took a significant amount of time for me to lose that respect. If you are so limited in your technical implementation of ideas, the actual art process only succeeds to a limited extent. Thinking and feeling are locked in a self-made cage and looseness is lacking. The initial misses its target.
After intensive relaxation and the distance to the linear goal achievement, I then found a quite convoluted way to deal with it and to put the initial and artistic process in the foreground of the work.
