Dealing with the work of and the person Joseph Beuys goes far beyond the usual dealing with an artist and his work. A Niederrheiner as it's typical type, melancholic and humorous at the same time. A person whose disposition made him a visionary of art and society.
Those who met him are, at least in my opinion, impressed by his questioning statements and mystifications. Therefore, artistic works can only trigger questions through which the individual has to find his or her personal truth.
